Upgrading Project Integration for Assembly Merging in Windows 8 Store Apps

Synopsis​
Assembly merging requires a tighter integration with a project build process in order to create correct AppX packages for Windows 8 Store apps. Eazfuscator.NET prior to version 4.1 did not apply such integration and there was a risk of unintended inclusion of a merged assembly into AppX package. That is why the projects protected by earlier Eazfuscator.NET versions need an upgrade; otherwise the following error message is produced during obfuscation:
Assembly merging during obfuscation requires the project integration to be upgraded.
